If I understand correctly, in your example, PGS streams #0 to #6 all use the same metadata file, stored in streams with IDs 46. The subtitles have to be combined the same way, but the X offset is not easy to figure out. Notice, 46 file they tell player how to take any subtitle not just english and choose it's placing over screen to create 3D effect.
I have shown example below, what make this different is it is not usable without reading original subtitle file. Are you referring to stereo subtitle, which combined with regular subtitle is responsible for creating 3d subtitle.
